About CareBridgeM

Building the infrastructure for connected, safer care.

CareBridgeM is a healthcare spine that connects existing systems so clinically relevant information can follow the patient — wherever they receive care. We are building the quiet infrastructure that lets care teams act on the latest information, not the last copy they were sent.

What we believe

A few principles guide everything we build.

CareBridgeM exists to make care safer by making information move. These beliefs shape every decision — from the architecture of the spine to the way access is governed.

Connect, never replace

CareBridgeM sits alongside the systems you already use. It links existing patient-record systems rather than replacing them — no rip-and-replace, no disruption to how teams already work.

Inform, never block

The spine surfaces the latest clinically relevant information at the point of care. It never makes the clinical decision and never gets in the way — the clinician stays in control.

Governed by design

Connectivity only earns trust when it is governed. Access is authorised, logged and role-based, so information moves safely and every interaction is accountable.

Why we built it

Designed by people who lived the problem.

CareBridgeM was designed by healthcare professionals who repeatedly saw patient information fail to travel with the patient. Records sat trapped in separate systems while care teams waited on phone calls, faxes and re-keyed notes — losing time exactly when it mattered most.

Farishta Farhang founded CareBridgeM to fix that at the source. Drawing on frontline healthcare experience and a background in health governance, she set out to build the connective layer she wished she had had at the point of care — one that respects existing systems, keeps clinicians in control, and treats safety and governance as first principles rather than afterthoughts.

“Clinicians should never have to make decisions with information stuck in another system.”

Governance

Governance built into how CareBridgeM works.

Connectivity only earns trust when it is governed. Rather than bolting on compliance at the end, CareBridgeM is designed around a set of governance commitments from the ground up — so information moves safely, and only ever to the people authorised to see it.

Data protection

Personal data is protected by design, in line with applicable data-protection law.

Information governance

Clear rules define what is shared, with whom, and for what purpose.

Clinical safety

Built and assessed against recognised clinical safety standards.

Role-based access

People see only what their role authorises — nothing more.

Audit trails

Every access and update is logged and reviewable.

Responsible AI

Any intelligence is applied transparently and stays under clinical oversight.

International interoperability standards

Designed to speak common healthcare data standards across systems and borders.

UK governance experience, internationally minded

Our team brings UK governance experience, including DTAC alignment — part of a broader, internationally minded approach to safe, compliant connected care. CareBridgeM was conceived in Qatar and built to meet rigorous governance and interoperability standards wherever it is deployed.

Where we're heading

From a first pilot to connected care everywhere.

Our vision is for every patient to have a connected record, wherever they receive care. We are getting there deliberately — validating CareBridgeM through a real-world pilot before scaling, so trust and safety grow alongside reach.

  1. Today

Our pilot-ready MVP is complete. We are engaging healthcare partners to line up the first real-world deployment and pressure-test the spine against live clinical workflows.

  2. Next

Launch the first pilot in Qatar with a partner organisation, measure the impact at the point of care, and refine the product around real clinician feedback.

  3. Then

Extend CareBridgeM to additional providers, deepen integrations with existing record systems, and harden governance and reliability at greater scale.

  4. Long-term

Scale responsibly across the region and support national connected-care ambitions — a connected record for every patient, wherever they receive care.

Help us connect care around the patient.

We are looking for healthcare partners to validate CareBridgeM in the real world. If information should follow your patients, let's talk.
